I help organizations turn technology investments into systems that work for, and work with, the people using them.

I work at the intersection of user needs, technical capabilities, and business strategy. I bring together customers, stakeholders, and delivery teams who aren't always speaking the same language, and find a direction everyone can get behind.

My work is hands-on. I lead teams to figure out where they need to go, facilitate decisions that matter, and stay close to the work until it's done. I use contextual design, business architecture, and lean startup methods - not as buzzwords, but as proven practices that produce sustainable results.
